That said, in my experience as a Newnan real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I have been a full time Real Estate Investor for over 4 years now. Considering I bought my 1st rental home at 25 years old I have been doing this part time or full time for over 25 years. I worked in sales and sales management for almost 20 years while investing in real estate part time. Then my passion for real estate took over in 2003 when I left my corporate job and my wife (Dorothy) and I started Acting Right Investments L.L.C. and bought 4 houses in 4 months. Then in November 2003 I formed a partnership with Daryl Thompson as a partner and started Thompson Brothers Investments L.L.C. Daryl and his wife Jan have over 10 years of experience building spec and custom homes. Together over the next few years we located, purchased, sold and/or leased over 7 million dollars in real estate transactions which including leases totaling over 100 real estate contracts. By this time I was doing most of the same things my realtor’s were so in August 2007, Jan and I went back to school and got our real estate license and Jan has since got licensed to appraise property. We were pretty much doing that anyway as we established our own market values of the properties we were buying, selling and leasing. Needless to say we learned a lot over the last few years through real life real estate investing.
